                        Pursuant to Court notices, Wahid Bux Soho, SDO is present along with his counsel and stated that respondents are willing to settle the dispute regarding excessive bill of the petitioner, outside the Court, within two months and till then no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner.

                        To this submission, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted  that an enquiry may be conducted by some responsible officer of SEPCO preferably  by the Chief SEPCO, where-after matter may be settled in accordance with law. To this submission, the officer present in Court as well as the  learned counsel for the respondents extended their  no objection.

                        Accordingly, in view of the statement of the respondents and by consent of the parties,  instant petition is disposed of in the above terms.
