========

                        The petitioner has approached  this court seeking quashment of FIR No. 06/2011  registered at P.S Bakrani at the  instance of one Mohammad Ramzan the respondent No.5  for the alleged abduction of petitioner No.1 against  the petitioners No.2 and 3 and other two accused persons.

                        Learned counsel for the petitioner  has contended that the petitioner No.1  being sui juris  has entered into valid contract of marriage with Hubdar Ali S/o Wali Mohammad out of her own free will and without any pressure or coercion from any  quarter   which antagonized  by the   parents of the petitioner NO.1 who  have falsely implicated the petitioner No.2 and other relatives in the FIR No.06/2011.

                        Notices were issued to the respondents.  Today   the DPO Larkana  and S.P. Investigation Larkana    have filed their comments  which are  taken on record  copy whereof has been supplied to the learned counsel for the petitioner.   The I.O  of Crime No.6/2011   Inspector Zahid Hussain Soomro  of P.S Bakrani   is also present  in Court and submitted that the investigation in respect of Crime No.06/2011   has not yet been concluded.

                        Pursuant to  Court direction, he has recorded statement of the petitioner No.1, who  is also present,  which  is placed on record  in which   she has stated on oath   that she was not abducted by petitioners No.2 and 3 or any one else and has entered into a valid contract  of marriage with petitioner No.2 namely Hubdar Ali out of her own free will  and without any pressure or coercion from any quarter. The petitioner No.1, who is present in court in person,   has further   stated that  she is living happily with her husband and wants to go with  her husband.

            In view of the hereinabove facts and the statement of the petitioner No.1 recorded in Court, it appears that the allegations contained in the FIR are falsified.  Accordingly, I.O present in Court  is directed to  prepare the final report,  keeping in view  the statement of the petitioner No.1  recorded in Court and submit the same  before concerned Magistrate and seek appropriate orders.

            Petitioners are satisfied and do not press the instant petition which according to them has served out its purpose.  Accordingly, by consent,  petition stands disposed of in above terms.
