Pursuant to court notices, the respondents SIP Ghulam Mustafa Khoso SIO PS Kamber and ASI Arbab Ali Wadho of PS Kamber have filed their comments which are taken on the record.
Mr. Athar Abbas Solangi, advocate holds brief for Mr.Habibullah G. Ghouri, has filed his vakalatnama on behalf of complainant of F.I.R No.26/2011 which is also taken on record.
From perusal of the comments filed by the police officials, it appears that the F.I.R No.26/2011 registered at Police Station Kamber under section 447, 395, 506/2, 34, PPC against the petitioner and other accused persons has been recommended to be disposed of as ‘C’ class by the police and the matter is pending for appropriate orders before the concerned Magistrate.
In view of such statement, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the instant petition which is accordingly dismissed as not pressed.
