                        Pursuant to court notices, the respondents No.1 and 2 have filed comments, which are taken on record; copies whereof supplied to learned counsel for the applicant. Alongwith comments, F.I.Rs: bearing No.123/2010, 11/2010 and 12/2011, registered at City P.S Jacobabad, have been produced. It is further intimated that the alleged detenue namely Mohabbat son of Fateh Muhammad was arrested by police of P.S City Jacobabad, in above cases and now he is confined to jail.

                        Learned counsel for the applicant in view of the hereinabove facts states that he will proceed to defend alleged detenue in accordance with law and does not pres instant criminal miscellaneous application, which is disposed of accordingly.
