                        Through instant petition, the petitioner has approached this Court against harassment caused by the police officials including respondent No.3, PC Raheem Bux who is son of the petitioner. Per learned counsel the police officials at the instance of respondent No.3 are causing harassment to the petitioner and pressurizing the petitioner to transfer the agricultural land and other property in favour of respondent No.3.

                        Notices were issued. The officials respondents have filed their                                                                                                                      comments wherein they have denied the allegations contained in the instant petition and further state that they are not causing harassment to the petitioner at the behest of respondent No.3. Learned State Counsel states that the matter is between father and son. Accordingly, instant petition is misconceived and is liable to be dismissed. 

                        Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he will be satisfied if the instant petition is disposed of with direction to the respondents to provide protection to the petitioner in accordance with law and if the respondent No.3 abuses his power or causes any harassment to the petitioner, appropriate action against him may be taken in accordance with the law. Order accordingly.

                        The instant petition is disposed of in the above terms.
