            Ms. Leela alias Kalpna Devi, advocate has filed vakalatnama on behalf of private respondents which is taken on record. The official respondents have also filed statement which is taken on record, copies supplied to the counsel for the petitioner.

            In view of hereinabove, learned counsel for the petitioner states that if the private respondents are directed not to cause harassment to the petitioner he will not press the instant petition.

            Learned  counsel for the private respondents as well as  learned Additional A.G. state that neither any harassment was caused to the petitioner nor the same will be caused in future. However, they will proceed in accordance with law.

            To this statement, learned counsel for the petitioner is satisfied and does not press instant petition which is accordingly dismissed as not pressed.
