1. For orders on office objections.

3. For orders on M. A. No.431/2011.

4. For Hearing.

Mr. Muhammad Azeem Korai, advocate for applicant, alongwith applicant.

Mr. Fida Hussain Shah, State Counsel, waives notice.

                             ------------------

1.                In view of the proposed order at Sr. No.4, the office objection is overruled.

2.                Granted.

3.                Granted subject to all just exceptions.

4.                It is, inter alia, contended by the learned Counsel for the applicant that the applicant is innocent and respectable citizen and has been falsely implicated in the instant crime.  Per learned Counsel, neither he is nominated in the F.I.R., nor there is any allegation against him, however, the prosecution has included his name in the challan and there is serious apprehension of his arrest, if he approaches the learned Anti-Corruption, Hyderabad.  Per learned Counsel, the applicant has volunteered to appear before this Court and is willing to appear before the learned trial Court, provided protective bail is granted to him by this Court.

Learned State Counsel waives notice of this bail application and does not oppose the above request.

Accordingly, without touching the merits of the case, the applicant/accused is granted protective bail for 10 days from today, subject to furnishing surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of Additional Registrar of this Court.

It is, however, made clear to the applicants that this order shall cease to operate on expiry of ten days from today or on the date when the applicants shall surrender before the learned trial Court, whichever occurs earlier.
