It appears that after having filed the instant petition, the learned counsel for the petitioner has never appeared in Court to proceed with the matter. The matter was fixed for hearing in Court on 10.1.2011, 17.1.2011 and 4.2.2011 when no one was in attendance on behalf of the petitioner nor any intimation was received. Today also no one is in attendance nor any intimation is received. It appears that the petitioner has lost interest in the instant petition, which is accordingly dismissed for non prosecution.
