Mr. Naimatullah Bhurgri, State Counsel, waives notice.

3.                It is, inter alia, contended by the learned Counsel for the applicant/accused, who is also present in Court, that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the instant crime and has recently come to know about the registration of the case against him.  He further states that he has volunteered to appear before this Court and is willing to surrender himself before the learned Sessions Judge, Jacobabad and seeks protective bail.  The learned State extends his no objection.

                   Without touching the merits of the case, the applicant/accused is granted protective bail for 10 days from today subject to furnishing surety in the sum of Rs.100,000/- with P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of Additional Registrar of this Court.

                   Needless to observe that this order shall cease to operate on expiry of 10 days from today or when the applicant surrenders before the learned Sessions Judge, whichever occurs earlier.

                   This bail application stands disposed of in the above terms.
