                        SIP Ali Murad Brohi, SIO, PS City Jacobabad has filed statement along with affidavit and order dated 25.1.2011, passed on report under section 173, Cr.P.C, whereby Crime No.134/2010 of Police Station Saddar Jacobabad has been approved to be disposed of as cancelled ‘C’ class. Learned counsel for the petitioner in view of such facts does not press instant petition, which according to him has served out its purpose.

                        Accordingly, the instant petition is dismissed as not pressed.
