                        Through instant petition, the petitioner has prayed for his appointment on the post of Naib Qasid or any other suitable post in irrigation department against reserved quota of son of deceased employee.

                        The respondent No. 1 has filed comments, wherein the claim of the petitioner has not been denied. It has been further stated in the comments that the recommendations has been sent to the Executive Engineer Warah Division for the appointment of the petitioner, whenever such post is vacant.  Today Mr. Tarique Ahmed Kehar, Executive Engineer Warah Division, is present in court and states that the petitioner will be appointed to the post of Naib Qasid or any other inferior post on priority, as soon as there is vacancy. To this understanding learned counsel for the petitioner is satisfied, however he states that some time frame may be given, and to such submission Executive Engineer Warah Division states that as soon as vacant will be there the petitioner will be appointed and no time can be given. Accordingly, instant petition is disposed of with the direction to the Executive Engineer Warah Division to appoint petitioner as soon as possible and whenever post is vacant.
