                        Learned counsel for the petitioner was controverted as to the maintainability of the instant petition. Today, learned counsel states that he would not press the petition if he will be allowed to seek redressal of his grievance before appropriate forum. Accordingly, instant petition is disposed of as not pressed alongwith listed applications. The petitioner is at liberty to seek redressal of his grievances before appropriate forum as per law.
