                   None for the petitioner, nor any intimation is received.  The learned Addl. A. G., has drawn our attention to the comments filed on behalf of the respondents as well as merit list, according to which there were about 26 posts for Junior School Teacher, whereas the name of petitioner appeared at Sr. No.31 of such list, hence did not qualify to be appointed to the post of Junior School Teacher.  Learned Addl. A. G., states that in view of the above, instant petition is liable to be dismissed.

                   Be that as it may, since no one is in attendance on behalf of the petitioner, nor any intimation is received.  It is about 1.05 p.m.  It appears that the petitioner has lost interest in pursuing the instant matter.  The petition is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution.
