                        C.P. No.705/2010 was fixed for hearing on 18.5.2010, whereas C.P.No.716/2010 was fixed for hearing on 01.6.201. Both these petitions have been fixed before this Court today after lapse of about more than nine months. Learned Addl. A. G on instructions of officials respondent present in Court, stated that amount deposited with the respondents has been refunded to the petitioners, whereas both these petitions have become infructuous as season has already lapsed.

                        It appears that the petitioner did not pursue these cases for about nine months in this Court, whereas season has also lapsed. As regards statement regarding refund of the amount deposited by the petitioners with the respondents, learned counsel for the petitioners may verify this aspect from his clients, and if such amount is not yet refunded to the petitioners, they may approach to the respondents in this regard, who shall refund their amount preferably within fifteen days.

                        In view of hereinabove, the counsel for the petitioners is satisfied.

                        Accordingly, both these petitions are disposed of in the above terms.
