                        None present for the petitioner nor any intimation received.  On 20.01.2011 when the matter was fixed  for hearing in Court no body was in attendance however, taking lenient view, office  was directed to issue  intimation  notice to the counsel for the petitioner who comes from Sukkur.  From record, it appears  that the office has issued  intimation notice to the learned counsel for petitioner on  08.02.2011,  however,  he is not in attendance. 

                        Learned A.A.G   submits that either the petitioner has lost interest  or the purpose of this petition has been served out, therefore, petition may be dismissed.

                        Be that as it may, since no one is in attendance  on behalf of the petitioner nor any intimation received inspite of notice, it appears that   the  petitioner has lost interest in the matter  as after having filed the instant petition  on 17.02.2011, he is not pursuing the matter.   It is 12.15 PM now.  Accordingly,  the  petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
