                        None present for the petitioner nor any intimation received.  On  13.04.2010, when the matter was fixed for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner was again given time to file amended title of the petition.   It appears that he has not filed amended title nor pursuing  the matter.  

                        Learned A.A.G states that instant petition, on the face of it, is misconceived and not maintainable,  which involve disputed question of facts.

                        Be that as it may, since no one is in attendance nor any intimation is received, and It is now 12.10 p.m, It appears that   the  petitioner has lost interest in the matter.   Accordingly, the  petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
