                        When the learned counsel for the petitioner was confronted  as to maintainability of this petition, learned counsel for the petitioner could not satisfy the court, and  after arguing the matter to some extend, submitted that he does not press the instant petition, however, he has requested  that  petitioner may be allowed to seek  his remedy before the appropriate  forum.

                        Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as not pressed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach proper forum for seeking redressal of his grievance, as per law.
