                   The respondent No.1 in his comments has not disputed the contents of the petition. 

                   With the consent of Mr. Abdul Rahman Bhutto, holding brief on behalf of Mr. Siraj Ali Chandio, learned Counsel for the petitioner, this petition is disposed of as follows :-

                   The petitioner shall submit certified copy of record of rights as well as nomination letter of the donor of the plot.  After that, the respondent No.1 shall do the needful.  This exercise shall be completed within two weeks.

                   This petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
