                        Through instant petition, the petitioner has complained about inaction on the part of prosecution, whereby as per petitioner pursuant to registration of F.I.R No. 47/2010, at P.S Shah Panjo Sultan for the murder of deceased namely, Shah Murad, the prosecution was not proceeding with the matter in accordance with law and challan was not being submitted before the court.

                        Notices were issued. Comments have been filed. Today, counsel for the proposed accused namely Darya Khan present in court has pointed out that there are allegations and counter allegations between the complainant and accused party, however he states that the challan has been submitted before the court and the matter has to proceed in accordance with law.

                        Learned counsel for the petitioner states that though the purpose of filing instant petition is achieved, however per learned counsel he is not satisfied with the investigation conducted in this case by prosecution. Learned counsel submitted that directions may be issued to the learned trial Court to proceed with the case strictly in accordance with law whereas all efforts shall be made to arrest accused persons. Order accordingly.

                        The petition stands disposed of in above terms.
