                        Pursuant to court  notices, the SHO P.S Bakrani and SHO P.S Naudero are present in Court  and filed their  statements wherein they  have denied the allegations against them.  It is further stated that the matter pertains between the private parties whereas no FIR has been registered  in the instant case against the petitioners. 

                        Both the SHOs present in Court   state that they will provide legal protection to the petitioners as per law, whenever is required.  

                        On such statement, the learned counsel for the petitioners  is satisfied.

                        The concerned SHOs are directed to provide legal protection to the petitioners and restrain the  private respondents  from causing any harassment  to the petitioner in relation to their marriage.  Both the SHO  present in Court undertake to provide  such legal protection to the petitioners.

                        Accordingly, the instant petition is disposed off  in above terms.
