                   Mr. Ghulam Ali A. Samtio, advocate, has filed Vakalatnama on behalf of respondents No.2 & 3, which is taken on record.  The learned Counsel further states that as per instructions he is making statement at bar that the petitioner will not be dispossessed from the subject residential bungalow till 30^th April, 2011, as prayed by the petitioner.  On such undertaking, learned Counsel for the petitioner is satisfied and does not press the instant petition.

                   Accordingly, the instant petition is disposed of in view of the undertaking given by the learned Counsel, however, the petitioner is directed to vacate the premises voluntarily and handover the possession of the respondents on or before 30^th April, 2011, without further notice in this regard. 

                   Petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
