3.                     It is inter alia contended by the learned counsel that the applicants have been falsely implicated in the instant crime; whereas as per statement of the alleged abductee recorded under section 161 Cr.P.C.  dated 04.03.2011, she has only implicated accused Ghous Bux. He has placed on record such statement. When such statement of abductee was read out with the assistance of learned State counsel it transpired that the abductee namely, Mst. Shah Bibi has specifically nominated and implicated all the four accused persons namely, Malook, Ghous Bux, Abdul Rehman and Karim in the alleged crime of abduction; whereas one Malook has been implicated to have committed Zina with her.

                        Under the circumstances, no case for grant of pre arrest bail to the applicants is made out, which is declined.

                        The applications stands dismissed.
