                        On 07.1.2010 by the order of this Court,  respondents were directed to make their efforts to apprehend absconding accused persons namely Muhammad Sallah, Sikandar and Qadir Bux.  The respondents were directed to submit compliance report showing their efforts in this regard. The petitioner was also directed to associate either personally or through nominee with the police for the purposes of pointation and to locate the absconding accused persons.

            Today,  PSI Muhammad Mujtaba  present on behalf of SP (Investigation) Kamber-Shahdadkot is present in Court and has filed statement seeking further time to apprehend the accused persons. Learned State Counsel states that since the matter has been challaned wherein it has been shown that two accused persons have been arrested, two accused persons have been shown in column No.2 and three accused persons have been shown as absconding accused. Per learned State Counsel, the learned trial Court is competent to issue coercive process for the arrest of accused persons and accordingly NBWs have already been issued. Per State Counsel, the SP (Investigation) Kamber Shahdadkot may be directed to make all efforts  to arrest  the absconding accused persons and produce them before the learned trial Court. To such statement learned counsel for the petitioner is satisfied and does not pressed the instant petition.

                        Accordingly, the instant petition is dismissed as not pressed, however, SP (Investigation), Kamber – Shahdadkot is directed to make all possible efforts to apprehend the absconding accused persons as per law and produce them before the learned trial Court.
