                        Learned counsel for the petitioner states that since the petitioner No.1, Mst. Komal daughter of Zulifqar Ali Qureshi, wife of Abid Ali Boohar, the petitioner No.2, being sui juris has entered into valid contract of marriage with petitioner No.2, Abid Ali out of her own freewill and without pressure or coercion which has antagonized the parents of the petitioner No.1 and there is serious apprehension that the petitioners might be involved in some criminal case or they may be killed by the parents of the petitioner No.1 by declaring them as ‘Karo Kari’. Learned counsel further states that to the best of their knowledge, there is no FIR in respect of their marriage, however, he states that official respondents may be directed to provide protection to the petitioners as per law; he will not press the instant petition.

                        Learned State Counsel is present in Court states that the legal protection will be provided by the official respondents No.2 & 3 as the petitioners are living in their jurisdiction.

                        Accordingly, instant petition is dismissed as not pressed, however, respondents No.2 & 3 are directed to provide legal protection to the petitioners as per law. Learned State Counsel is directed to communicate such orders to the concerned respondents immediately.
