                        The applicants are booked in crime No. 06/2007, registered under section 365-A, 148, 149 P.P.C with P.S Garhi Hassan.

                        In the F.I.R registered by complainant Abdul Razak, there is no statement with regard to his himself witnessing the incident of kidnapping of his daughter, whereas in his further statement recorded after about 13-months complainant has implicated applicants/accused by naming them to be the persons, whom he alongwith his brothers saw that they abducted complainant’s daughter.

                        In the circumstances, a case of further enquiry is made out. The applicants are granted bail upon their furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.100,000/- (One hundred thousands) each and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of trial Court.
