                   The grievance of the petitioner is that he has been seeking certified copies of the judgment and other documents of the proceedings from respondent No.1, but he was told that no such order has been passed and subsequently it transpired that on 29.6.2010 a judgment has been passed by the respondent No.1. 

                   Such a conduct, if true, reflects very adversely on the performance of respondent No.1.  However, the respondent No.1, who is present in Court, first apologized with regard to his failure to appear in this Court in response to notice issued by this Court, hence his absence is excused.  Copy of the order, dated 29.6.2010, issued on 1.7.2010 has been supplied to the learned Counsel for the petitioner by the learned Addl. A. G.  The respondent No.1 further undertakes that upon the application of the petitioner he shall supply all the documents with regard to the proceedings, which culminated in the above-mentioned orders.  Thereafter, the petitioner shall be free to take legal step to challenge the same and the delay that has been caused from 1.7.2010 till the certified copies are made ready and delivered to the petitioner shall not come in the way of the petitioner, for the reason that this petition has been filed on 21.7.2010. 

                   With the above directions, this petition is disposed of.
