                   The case of the petitioner is that his father was serving Cook in the Health Department and during service he expired on 4.8.2009 and under the son quota policy the petitioner is entitled to be appointed. 

                   The entitlement of the petitioner is not disputed by any of the respondents, however, E.D.O., Health, Larkana is present in Court and states that if the requisite formalities are fulfilled and if he also applies for the post advertised in the newspaper, then the petitioner’s application under the son-quota shall be processed.  Petitioner’s Counsel is satisfied.   Under the circumstances, the petition is disposed of.
