                   Through this petition, the petitioner seeks directions that the orders passed under Section 33 of the Sindh Tenancy Act, 1950 be implemented by the concerned authority. 

                   Learned Addl. A. G., states that the Tenancy Act itself contains provisions for execution of the order.  Let the petitioner avail the remedy provided under the Tenancy Act for implementation of the order dated 11^th October, 2004.

                   With these observations this petition is disposed of.
