            Applicant is booked in crime No. 61/2010 Police Station Sultan Kot under section 302, 324, 353, 427, 34, PPC. Name of the applicant do not transpire in the F.I.R. In the encounter that took place between police and the alleged dacoaits, two persons were arrested on the spot who have snatched the truck on the gun point. The driver of the truck smashed into the police mobile with the result that the police constable Muhammad Rafique lost his life. Since the applicant is not named in the F.I.R, his involvement in the crime would be determined after evidence is recorded. Hence the applicant is entitled to bail upon furnishing surety in the sum of Rs.300,000/- with P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
