                        This is an application seeking suspension of sentence of four years, on the ground that the sentence is short and the appeal is likely to take some time for disposal. Learned State counsel extends no objection for grant of prayer.

                        In the circumstances, sentence awarded to the appellant is suspended and he is admitted to bail in the sum of Rs.100,000/- One hundred thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of Additional Registrar of this Court.

                        The application stands disposed of.
