                   Pursuant to Court notices, Muhammad Yaqoob Lund, respondent No.2/District Officer, Education Works, Works & Services Department, Dadu, who was called by the learned Addl. A. G., has appeared in person and states that the petitioner has never approached him for obtaining such tenders.  He further states that if the petitioner will approach him alongwith requisite documents and after complying with the requisite formalities in this regard, the tender form will be issued to him immediately.

                   The learned Counsel for the petitioner states that he will approach the District Officer, Education Works, Works & Services Department, Dadu, tomorrow alongwith requisite documents, who undertakes that he will supply the tender form. 

                   In view of hereinabove, the learned Counsel for the petitioner does not press the instant petition, which is accordingly dismissed.
