                        Pursuant to court directions dated 12.11.2010 while granting bail to the applicant/accused, the RPO was directed to depute some responsible office within his staff to hold inquiry and report the matter  after taking  appropriate action in all respects  as is required in the circumstances. 

                        The report dated 14.02.2011 prepared by the Superintendent of Police Investigation Kashmore at Kandhkot  has been placed on record which is self explanatory in the matter and does not require any further order  of this court. 

                        Since   the matter is already disposed of, the report may be filed.
