            Mr. Rashid Mustafa Solangi, advocate holding brief on behalf of Mr.Abdul Sattar M. Chandio, advocate for petitioner, states that the latter has to leave the court on account of some emergency call. He states that he has been instructed by the learned counsel that he does not want to press the instant petition as the matter has been patched up between the parties.

            Be that as it may, instant petition is dismissed as not pressed.
