                   Pursuant to Court notices, ASI Ghulam Mustafa Seelro is present in Court and has submitted his statement alongwith copy of F.I.R. No.07/2011, registered at P.S Site, Hyderabad against accused persons, namely, Ahsan, Barkat Ali and Shaman.  The allegations contained in the instant petition have been denied.  He has further stated that since the petitioner is related to the above-named accused persons in the above crime, therefore, they are making false allegations and attempting to save those accused persons from the clutches of law.  When he was enquired as to under which provision of law and under what orders from the concerned S.H.O. or the authority responsible for proceeding with the F.I.R., which appears to have been registered at PS Site Hyderabad, he is making attempt to arrest the accused persons nominated in the F.I.R., he has not been able to reply. 

                   The petitioner present in Court reiterates her contention, as stated in the instant petition and insists that the ASI present in Court raided her house alongwith other police officials.  When she was enquired into the matter, she could not, however, properly narrate the story.

                   In view of hereinabove facts and looking at the serious allegations levelled against the police officials, it will be appropriate if an enquiry is directed to be conducted by some honest police official into the allegations made in this petition. 

                   Accordingly, by consent of the Counsel for the petition and no objection by the learned State Counsel, the D.I.G. Police, Larkana is directed to get an enquiry conducted into the allegations contained in this petition by some honest police officer, who shall conduct the same after associating the petitioner and submit compliance report through Additional Registrar of this Court within 15 days from the receipt of this order.  If the allegations are found to be correct, action against delinquent official be taken in terms of Police Order, 2002.

                   Petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
