            The Additional SHO of P.S Ratodero and DPO Larkana have filed their comments which are taken on record, copies supplied to counsel for the petitioner who, after perusal of the para No.3 of the comments filed by respondents No.1, wherein it has been stated that, “if the petitioner will come at Police Station and declare such facts, so it would be entertained in a book under section 154, Cr.P.C. being a cognizable offence”, is satisfied and does not press the instant petition.

 

            In view of the hereinabove statement, petition is dismissed as not pressed alongwith listed application.
