                   In the instant petition, petitioner has alleged high handedness on the part of respondent No.1.  It is stated that the respondent raided the house of the petitioner and taken away certain household articles. 

                    Pursuant to Court notices, the respondent No.1 has filed comments, wherein the allegations have been denied.  It was further stated that the petitioner has never approached the respondent intimating such incident or requesting registration of F.I.R.  It appears that the alleged incident took place on 10.2.2010, whereas the petition was presented in this Court on 22.2.2010, whereafter the matter was listed for hearing on the same date, notices were issued to the respondents without any specific date.  Thereafter, the matter was taken up for hearing on 15.10.2010 when no one was present on behalf of the petitioner.  After such date the matter is fixed for hearing today, when the learned Counsel for the petitioner states that the enquiry into the allegations may be directed to be conducted. 

                   From perusal of hereinabove facts and the manner in which the instant petition is being pursued by the petitioner and his learned Counsel, it appears that the petitioner was never serious in proceeding with the petition.  Under the circumstances, I find no reason to pass any orders in the instant petition, which is accordingly dismissed.
