                   Mr. Safdar Ali Ghouri, advocate, has filed his Vakalatnama and statement on behalf of respondents No.1 to 5 alongwith certain documents, which taken on record.  He states that the grievance of the petitioner has been ventilated.  Copy of such statement has been supplied to Mr. Ahmed Hussain Khoso, learned Counsel for the petitioner, who states that as per instructions of his client, the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed, therefore, he does not press the instant petition. 

                   Accordingly, the instant petition is dismissed as not pressed.
