                        Matter was taken up in the earlier part of the day, when no one was in attendance  on behalf of petitioner nor any intimation was received. 

                        Learned State Counsel  submitted that instant petition is mis-conceived  as  the official respondents have  already filed their comments and denied the allegations of harassment contained in the instant petition.   

                        Matter was kept aside  to be taken  up after recess. It is now 11.10 a.m.  No one is in attendance on behalf of the petitioner  nor any intimation is received.   From perusal of case diary it appears that on the last date  also,  no one was in attendance on behalf of petitioner.  It appears that earlier, Mr. Mohammad Afzal Jaghirani Advocate was representing the petitioner, whereafter  Miss Razia Sultana Advocate filed Vakalatnama on behalf of the petitioner however,  today both the counsel are called absent  without any intimation.  It appears that the petitioner has lost interest in pursuing this matter,   which is dismissed for non-prosecution.
