                        Pursuant to court notices, police officials  have filed comments   which are taken on record, copy supplied to the learned counsel for the petitioner.  

                        As per comments, the allegations contained in the instant petition have been denied.  It is further stated that no harassment whatsoever has been caused by the respondents to the petitioner on the contrary,  FIR  No.1/2011  has been registered   at the instance of present petitioner   against some  private   persons in which challan has been submitted.

                        Learned counsel for the petitioner states  that he will be satisfied  if the official respondents  are directed not to cause any harassment to the petitioner  and act in  strictly in accordance with the law.

                        Since the allegations have  been denied and the police officials   have already  stated  that no harassment whatsoever has been caused or will be caused to the petitioner, accordingly,  this petition is disposed of  with the direction   to the official respondents not to cause any  harassment  to the petitioner provide legal protection to the petitioner as per law.
