            Learned counsel for the petitioner has pointed out that the petitioner has died and he may be allowed to withdraw the petition to file fresh petition on behalf of the minor adopted son of the petitioner to protect his right and interest in the subject property as per law. Learned Additional A.G. has no objection for the withdrawal of the petition. Accordingly, instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
