                        Pursuant to  Court notice, the official respondents have filed their comments  which are taken on record, copy whereof has been supplied to the learned counsel for the petitioner wherein it has been stated that  no harassment is being caused to the petitioner and investigation is proceeding in accordance with the law. 

                        Learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the instant  petition however, requests  that the official respondents may be directed  not to cause any harassment to the petitioner and conduct  an impartial inquiry and investigation into the matter without being influenced  of any extraneous  consideration.

                        Accordingly,  the instant petition is dismissed as not pressed however,  the concerned I.O  is directed to conclude the investigation  strictly in accordance with the law  without being influenced  of any extraneous  consideration and the petitioner  may be dealtwith in accordance with the law.
