                        None for the applicant, the matter was taken up in early part of the day, since no one was in attendance on behalf of the applicant. The matter was kept aside. It is 10:30 a.m, no one is in attendance, nor any intimation is received. From perusal of the contents of the application and the grounds stated for seeking transfer application appears to be vague and non convincing. It appears that for this reason, the learned counsel for the applicant is not proceeding with the matter. On the last three dates of hearing, no one had attended the case, it appears that the applicant has lost interest to pursue with the matter.

                        Accordingly, the instant applicant is dismissed for non prosecution.
