                        Mr. Abdul Karim Surahiyo advocate holding brief for Mr. Bashir Ahmed  Bughio advocate requested for adjournment on the ground that Mr. Bughio  has gone to Karachi for some personal reasons. From case diary, it appears that the learned counsel, after having filed this application, has not attended the case on any of the dates. Reluctantly matter is being adjourned with the caution that if the learned counsel is unable to attend the Court on the next date of hearing, the instant application will be dismissed for non prosecution.
