            Through this reference the learned counsel for the applicant has prayed that while allowing the transfer application filed by the applicant vide order dated 24.12.2010 an error has crept in the order wherein instead of referring to Sessions Case No.722/2009 State v. Sono Chandio and others under section 13(d), Arms Ordinance in crime No.408/2009, Sessions Case No.723/2009 has been wrongly mentioned.

 Learned counsel for the State after examining the position did not controvert the contention of the learned counsel for the applicant.

Accordingly, instant reference is allowed. Office is directed to make correction where-after the Sessions Case No.723/2009 may be read as Sessions Case No.722/2009 State v. Sono Chandio and others.

Instant reference stands disposed of.
