                        None for the petitioner  nor intimation received.   It appears that this matter was listed for hearing on 8.7.2010 on which date  learned counsel for the petitioner was not in attendance and adjournment  was sought  on his behalf. 

                        Learned A.A.G  has submitted that  the instant petition, after lapse of considerable time, has otherwise become infructuous.

                        By that as it may, since no one is in attendance on behalf of the petitioner, it appears  that the petitioner has lost interest in pursuing this petition.   It is now 12.25 p.m.  Accordingly, this petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
