                        The petitioner has approached this Court complaining harassment by the private respondents with the active connivance of the official respondents. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that though there are suits pending in respect of subject property, which are proceeding in the competent Courts of jurisdiction, however, the respondents are causing harassment with the help of officials respondents.

            Learned counsel for the private respondents/intervenors denies all such allegations and states that no harassment whatsoever has ever been caused by the respondents to the petitioner, on the contrary the petitioner is trying to surmount legal proceedings before proper Court of law.

                         Learned Addl. A. G also states that no harassment whatsoever has been caused by the official respondents whereas the matter pertains to  civil dispute between the petitioner, private respondents and Sindh Government.

            Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he will be satisfied if undertaking is given by the respondents not to cause any harassment to the petitioner and to proceed in accordance with law. Learned Addl. A. G and counsel for respondents state that neither any harassment was ever caused nor they will cause any harassment to the petitioner, however, they will continue to safeguard their interest as per law and before the competent Court  and forum.

                        In view of hereinabove, and the undertaking by respondents, the instant petition along with listed application is dismissed as not pressed.
