                        Respondents No.2 and 3 have filed their comments along with final report under section 173, Cr.P.C and the order dated 29.12.2010, passed by learned IInd Civil Judge & Judicial Magistrate, Kandhkot which are taken on record, whereby the case has been disposed of as cancelled ‘C’ class. In view of such legal position, the counsel for the petitioner does not press  instant petition. However, prays that the respondents may be directed to provide protection to the petitioners.

                        In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed as not pressed. However, respondents are directed to provide legal protection to the petitioners as per law.
