                             ------------------

Through instant petition, the petitioner is claiming appointment with the respondents against the vacant post at lower staff i.e., in Grade-1 & 2 in the school situated in the village of the petitioner.  It is stated in the petition that the father of the petitioner had donated a piece of land for the purposes of construction of school, therefore, as per policy, the petitioner is entitled for the appointment on the above referred post.

Notices were issued to the respondents, who have filed comments.   Learned Addl. A. G., states that as per comments filed by the respondent, the petitioner has never approached the respondents alongwith the relevant documents, therefore, such request was not acceded to.  He further states that the respondents will examine the case of the petitioner, if he approaches them alongwith the required documents as per policy.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner has referred to an order passed by a Division Bench of this Court in C. P. No.D-596/2007 and states that he will be satisfied if the petition is disposed in the same terms.  To this submission, the learned Addl. A. G., extends his no objection.

Accordingly, the instant petition is disposed of with directions to the petitioner to approach the respondents alongwith relevant documents, whereafter the respondents shall examine his case and if the petitioner is found eligible in terms of the policy, he will be considered for appointment accordingly.

Petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
