-----------------------
Messrs Abdul Sattar Chandio and Naushad Ali Tagar have filed Vakalatnama on behalf of proposed accused.
Pursuant to Court directions, the official respondents have submitted their comments, which are taken on record. Copy thereof has been supplied to other side.
Mr. Naushad Ali Tagar states that the instant petition, besides being false and frivolous, has been filed malafidely by concealing the material facts from this Court. Learned Counsel states that pursuant to directions of this Court in C.P. No.233/2010 an F.I.R. bearing crime No.30/2010 has been registered at P.S Mubarakpur, wherein the son of the petitioner, namely, Arif Shah has been granted bail, whereas Sanaullah Shah, Qalandar Shah and Noor Shah are absconding, while Imam Shah, father of the alleged abductee, namely, Mst. Rukhsana, has been granted bail.
In view of hereinabove facts and the legal position emerged, the learned Counsel for the petitioner does not press the instant petition, which is accordingly dismissed as not pressed. The I.O. of the case may proceed with the case in accordance with law.
This petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
