                   Pursuant to Court notices, the respondents No.2, 3 & 4 have filed their statement alongwith affidavits, wherein the allegation of harassment has been denied.  It is further stated that F.I.R. No.13/2011 has been registered at P.S Shahdadkot pursuant to directions of this Court in C.P. No.2461/2010 dated 07.01.2011 followed by another order on a contempt application dated 28.1.2011.

                   Mr. Naimatullah Bhurgri, advocate, has also filed Vakalatnama alongwith copies of the orders passed by this Court and the F.I.R., on behalf of respondents No.5 & 6 and states that instant petition is misconceived, as the respondents are proceeding against the petitioner in accordance with law. 

                   Copies of the statements and affidavits have been supplied to the learned Counsel for the petitioner.  In view of such statements and legal position, the learned Counsel for the petitioner does not press the instant petition, which is accordingly dismissed as not pressed.  The I.O. of the case may proceed in accordance with law.
